- Hello, I practiced Aikido many years ago, and always found it both challenging and relaxing. However, I would also like to explore aspects of Judo as well.

“ Thanks Lee. I got a Giant entry level mtb and started riding on Upper Tampa Trail, which is close to where I live. Most of the time I go around 15-17 mph, so if there're riding event that allow this speed, definitely inform me. ”
