Aikido classes run by the Bugeisha Aikido Club are suitable for both men and women of all ages from 18 upwards. You are never too old to start and because it does not rely on strength or speed Aikido is an activity you can carry on for life. We are a friendly, London-based Aikido group that practice weekly.
