Welcome! The purpose of this group is to bring together women martial artists for training and light sparring. Kung fu, jujitsu, aikido, and other styles, including self-defense practice welcome. This will be a supportive space for practice, improvement, and gentle challenging of each other to improve our martial arts and self-defense skills. This is for all levels, but women who are at least an "advanced beginner" preferrable.
